Nichols House MuseumThe Nichols House Museum is a four story row house built in 1804 that has been preserved to give a glimpse of late 19th and early 20th century domestic life in Beacon Hill. As part of that effort, rooms are decorated with original furnishings and accessories while the exterior reflects the original Federal design style that is popular to the Beacon Hill neighborhood. The museum is host to a wide variety of lectures, events, and educational programs throughout the year.
